Ich habe hier eine PDF im Internet auf der Citibank Seite gefunden. Es ist allerdings die New Yorker Geschäftsadresse und kein Kontakt in Deutschland.

Und das ist die Antwort von Hyundai:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer to the attached notice of termination distributed to brokers/dealers under DTC by depositary(Citibank) in early November, 2024.
In addition to it, the decision of termination and delisting of GDRs from London and Luxembourg Stock Exchange was announced through three stock exchanges, London Stock Exchange, Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Korea Exchange, as well as Hyundai Motor Company's IR website on October 24, 2024.
As indicated in the notices, GDRs can be converted to underlying shares listed on Korea Exchange by requesting the conversion to depositary(Citibank) through your broker(securities company) until GDS cancellation cut-off time, which is June 19, 2025.
After the cut-off time, Citibank would proceed to sell the deposited shares and hold the net proceeds of such sale until the proceeds are sent to the holders of the GDRs.
With regards to dividends, despite the delisting and termination of GDRs, Citibank continues to perform its limited obligations indicated in deposit agreememt, and dividends will be paid to holders until the depositary completes sale of remaining unconverted GDRs after the cut-off time and delivers the net proceeds to the holders.
If you would like to convert GDRs into underlying shares on Korea Exchange, please contact your broker so that the broker can reach out to the depositary for the conversion.
Otherwise, if you would like to receive the net proceeds after the sale of underlying shares for unconverted GDRs after the cut-off time, there is no further action needed from your side.
Best Regards,
IR Team
